JTA Yacht Delivery offers "on water" transportation of your Yacht to relocate it for you by using our Licensed, Professional Captains and Crew.  JTA Yacht Delivery also offers the option to ship your Yacht to various destinations via cargo ship.  

Yes, we offer training sessions and orientations for seasoned operators as well as for new owners.  JTA Yacht Delivery routinely works directly with Insurance Providers to ensure the operator is qualified and familiar with their new Yacht to operate on their own.  JTA also offers consulting based upon helping you find the next Yacht to purchase in order to ensure that your getting what you want, need, and can easily use.  Jordan Tilton is a Florida Licensed Yacht Broker and is currently working with Jefferson Beach Yacht Sales, but is also happy to work with your existing broker if you have one.  

Yes, we offer "Captain's for Hire" to operate your Yacht with you and your family / friends onboard.  We routinely will do "day trips" as well as long weekend, or longer trips with you and your family / friends onboard.  

JTA Yacht Delivery charges either a "day rate" or an "hourly rate" depending on the trip and what we are being hired to do.  Please call 614-306-0539 or request a quote for a specific breakdown of fees.

All of JTA Yacht Delivery's Captains are fully licensed by the US Coast Guard, experienced and qualified.  JTA's owner is very specific in the Captains that are hired to represent JTA Yacht Delivery, not only in their skillset, but also in their personalities, mechanical abilities and being capable of communicating and working under the parameters that JTA Yacht Delivery has been built upon.   In addition, we routinely attend regular sessions for Engine Maintenance, Electronics, and vessel management to ensure we are at the forefront of the newest technology being used in Yachting.  

YES!!!  JTA has built a reputation on being very experienced on all types of propulsion.  Specifically Surface Drives (Arneson, ZF and Top System) that are installed in Pershing, Mangusta, etc.  JTA's Owner and GM are also highly experienced in Waterjets, both clamshell and bucket style jets (MJP, Kamewa, Hamilton) and installed in Pershings, Mangusta's, AB Yachts Danish Yachts, etc.  In addition we normally are onboard Yachts wtih single to Quad Volvo IPS Systems and regular Propeller driven Yachts.  JTA is routinely hired by Insurance Companies to train new Captains on Surface Drives and Waterjets, or ride along on a delivery with a Captain or Owner that has just acquired a Surface Drive or Waterjet powered Yacht to ensure they operate safely and know how to maneuver in close quarter situations.  

JTA Yacht Delivery's licenses are insured, but with the recent changes to insurance policies and underwriters, before we are able to step onboard your Yacht, we will submit our CV's and Licenses to your Insurance Policy to be placed on your Hull Insurance Policy as approved operators.  As of December 2024, we have a 100% Success rate and 0 Claims or Accidents with over 375+ Deliveries completed.

No.  While JTA Yacht Delivery tends to cater to the larger Yacht clientele, we regularly are hired to operate smaller boats for day trips, spring launch / fall haulout, or just to get more comfortable in operating the boat and becoming familiar with it.
